Yes, Crinone does cause symptoms that keep you guessing. Not sure about the AF coming on right away or not. I hope you're just too early and the symptoms are just confusing you. I also take Crinone, except only after getting a BFP because of history of miscarriage. Took it with all 3 of my children, and also after a BFP last month, but it ended up being a chemical and it didn't matter that I was taking it, something else was wrong. It was a whole week before I started spotting, which is long for a chemical. My beta was completely back to zero by that time.
Keep us posted on how you're doing!

Crinone has become my worst enemy! LOL Despite the false symptoms (I've been sitting at work the last 6 hours, had all sorts of crazy symptoms again, ugh!). Dr. took me off crinone at 9 weeks last time, I lost DS within 24 hours later. NOT going to allow them to make that mistake again this time so my ob-gyn (who agrees I was taken off too soon) will keep me on throughout if needed this time (hopefully I AM this time, lol)

Yes, hopefully you are! My doctor always kept me on it for the first 12 weeks. He said that technically 9 weeks is when the placenta takes over the progesterone production, but kept me on it for 3 more weeks to be safe. Do you think your dr. was suggesting keeping you on it the entire pregnancy? I had a friend who needed progesterone shots once a week starting around 24 weeks. Maybe this is an alternative to taking the Crinone after a certain point?

The clinic dr. took me off at 9, basically, they caused me to m/c as he was on the small side (though strong hb). Every medical professional I've spoken to said they shouldn't have pulled me so soon, he may have had a chance. This is why this cycle we get the feeling they are all about the $$$ figuring if you're the desperate to get a baby (boy), you'll be back. This is the attitude we experienced for the last 2 months with them. We won't go back if we need a 3rd time.
My Ob-gyn said we'd do what needs to be done to make sure the next little guy has a chance.(he's also hubby's cousin, that helps!)
