kraizydaizy -- I am rooting for you. 10dpo is still early. I know you are a poas addict but I never get bfp til 12dpo. Hang in there -- you are still in the game.

Well my temps are higher than they have ever been before and we did DTD 6 days in a row, which we never did with our boys or other cycles, so I am so praying that I am pregnant. I dreamed I got a +HPT and seeing those two pink lines is so burned into my brain that I can almost think of nothing else!!! I have the Clear Blue digital HPT's and a couple FRER, but I am thinking that I like the FRER because in my eyes there is still hope of seeing a faint line and the digital's just give you no hope at all. Crazy huh?

Then my progesterone has never been that high either. I started using some progesterone cream regularly around 6DPO just in case because I have had to take progesterone under my tongue the first 12 weeks of my first two pregnancies due to spotting and a prior miscarriage so I am using it to try and make sure the egg has all it needs to attach and grow. I am not sure if it is making my temp go up, but it's just natural progesterone you get at the wellness store, so it is supposed to be safe to use after ovulation. Anyone else know anything about?

Clomid users are your docs monitoring your progesterone levels to make sure you Oed?

suregena that means "why no period" i believe, no no one is checking that i ovulated with clomid, i can go for a 21 day blood check if i want 7 days after i O if i do O this time as i have a blood form from ages ago,

My doc does not give me the option, I get blood drawn at 21 days or no more Clomid.

hey ladies,

hope you are all well, i have lots to catch up on. hopefully will get some time on sunday to catch up. We have 2 kiddie parties to go to tomorrow, i will be pooped by time we get back.

We are on CD14 today and 4th day of splime attempt, DH wanted to do it this way but already is getting bored of it. The thing is im not sure when im gonna ov as it varies so could be any time from now till CD20ish so we may have to do another 6/7 attempts yet (he wasnt to happy to hear that). Kinda told him to suck it up in a nice way tho, he chose this option and i dont want to change tactics half way through.

If we dont conceive this month im sure he will be quite happy to drop the splime next attempt...lol!

Well, now I know that I have definitely o'ed.
This morning I had such bloating and soreness down in my uterus.
And like I had already posted, yesterday I bought a new digital opk (b/c last one broke) and it was positive at 4:30pm.
But I also bought the stripe opk's, cvs brand. I used the same pee as yesterday's +digital opk with the strip one's and it was nearly close to looking positive (really have never taken those kinds before, they are hard to read). Anyhow, took another one late last night and it was lighter than the 1st one take. And today I took another one 24 hours later and there is only the faintest test line next to the control line. Yesterday the test line was dark, not quite as dark as the control but dark, and today barely there. So, I think the surge has happened and its fading out.
Does that happen to you guys too after you get your surge it fades out to nothing? Plus with my temp spike today, and I just took it again and its 98.7 -- that's high. I definitely already o'ed. I just hope my dh comes home early tonight so we can get in one more attempt before my egg dies.
Once your temp spikes high does that mean that ovulation has occured and the egg had 12-24 hours or does it mean the egg is dead?

AF is due tomorrow and BFN. I'm out. Hope to temp the whole month next month and catch the egg. Sorry I don't ever catch up here--b/t homeschooling and housework and such, I'm just terrible at threads. Hope we have a few BFP's this month!!

Spliming never worked for me, actually burned me, but hopefully it will work for you. I am very hopeful for you. I have also told my DH to suck it up and get on with it. He was not happy, but cry me a river, just give it up already!!!

Suregena, that blood test checks if you are pg, to try and explain why you have not got a period. If it comes back -ve, they will look at other causes for AF not arriving.

LMN7, sorry you are going through such hell this month. I was always under the impression that clomid sways girl as it makes the cm more hostile, not that it makes the cm have a lower pH. If you throw too much rephresh in there with the already hostile cm, I worry that the sperm won't stand a chance. Some women have really high pH and can't get it down no matter what they try, and then they still have a girl. I know it is not normal for you, but maybe your body needs to raise it a bit to get pg on the clomid?

P4P, yep sounds like you O! Yay. The temp spike confirms O, and I always thought that by then it was too late to BD, however one more BD won't do any harm. And next time DH whinges about not enough BD, you can always remind him how he got it all the time in Feb and didn't want it anymore!

KYBO, sorry for the BFN. I am not surprised you are busy with homeschooling. My SIL did it with just one of her children last year- it was such a lot of work.

I am feeling bummed. Don't know why. We have gotten in 4 solid attempts - tho the 1st one was jump and dump. We will do another tonight and hopefully my egg is not dead yet.
I guess I would feel better if we had gotten 2 more in. Then I would feel certain. But this o totally caught me off guard. How could I have known. 4-5 attempts is ok I guess.
I just pray those little girl swimmers are strong and get in there!!! I need a bfp!
