Indigo ~ Hugs hun, after all that preparing and no answer...how frustrating! I agree with the others though, surely if she thought it was a boy she could see the willy etc?? Seems strange to me that she couldn't confirm either way. I hope it was just a girl being stubborn and not letting you see Are you going back?? x

Inglewood & Maybe ~ I agree GD is bloody awful and effects us all in different ways. My friend popped round today (I don't see her very often as both her kids are at school now) and she is the only friend who knows fully my desire for a girl as she too felt the same and experienced GD with her DS. She actually read Hazel's book (which was the thing to do all those years ago!) and did the 4 day C/O and it worked for her and her daughter is now 7! She's knows of my journey over the years to get my DD even though we don't talk in detail now as we don't se each as much as we'd like but back then thats all we spoke about!! - made me realise how long I have been doing all this for!!!!
I wish it was easier for us all I truly do!

Charlie ~ Oh how exciting! I will be wearing pink I am sure your DH will understand. My DH went mad when he found out but I thinks that because of how he found out as well - reading it in a FB message!...not the best!! Writing it down sounds like a good plan - just don't look at the screen

Saw the MW and GP yest and luckily got an inhaler for my breathing so hoping that helps.

Off to the cinema tonight so looking forward to lots Popcorn - can't stop eating at the mo!!

I still can't believe they are girls either, so wish i could, but too scared to believe.

I would feel the same, just think how wonderful that feeling will be when they arrive xx

I have one friend in rl who knows I wanted a girl. She wanted a boy and both of us didn't get what we wanted! She lost her first child and was convinced it was a boybut it was before 12 weeks

So it looks like we are expecting another little boy here. she wasn't 100% sure and it wasn't very clear at all, baby in all the wrong positions but we were both leaning boy. Thanks for all the good wishes ladies will catch up again later

I would ask to go back again for free, my scan place offers 1 more scan if they arent sure.

Im sure a willy is easier to spot than girl bits so dont loose hope but I know exactly what you mean, I was all geared up yesterday to come home with at least a good nub shot but didnt come back with anything apart from DS's leftover smell of him being sick in the car lol.

Been feeling pretty queasy today, but not enough to bother me too much! Wandering how bad its gonna get as only 6 weeks tomorrow!

Tried out letchworth swimming pool as someone i know said it was good for toddlers....boys loved it! so much freedom with lots of shallow padling areas

Hope your scan goes well. Is that an NHS or private scan? The obsessing never ends. I really got my hopes up for a girl as a few things pointed that way and I really hoped it was my turn especially after losing our little girl, it's so hard not to hope your dream will come true......I really hope you have a pink bean snuggled in there

I'm doing ok, had a couple of ok days last week and started to sort through baby things. I bought a new pram blanket in navy with white stars on from John Lewis, I really like it but obviously not as much as the pink one that they had! Some days it's like finding out all over again I am very emotional and feel dreadful but trying to make the most of the ok days. I need to buy a new pushchair so hoping to get a red one. I like the Maxi Cosi Elea. I sob my heart out when I watch things like OBEM and see the women giving birth to girls...to know I will never hear them words still hurts so so much. And it also hurts to know I will never experience my daughter giving birth....that really upsets me as it just isn't the same when your son had children.

How's the house going? Have they accepted your offer??

Hi hun, so glad you are having some good days and have even managed to do a bit of shoping for bubs! I love the sound of the blanket and i bet it is every bit as gorgeous as the pink one...never been a massive fan of pink! And i bet a lovely red pram will help too!

Im starting to get a few signs that point towards girl and im desperately trying not to read anything into them! Had my head totally around a boy last week (almost to the point where i forgot that i actually dont know yet!) and i would really rather stay feeling that way but its soooooo hard!

We havent made an offer on the house yet because until we know what someone is going to pay for ours, its hard to know how much we can offer bearing in mind we need a fairly big renovation budget on top. People are being so lovely about our house though its making me feel a bit possessive, like i dont want to sell it! need to keep visiting the farmhouse to remind myself how much i love that!
