TTC Girl - March 2012

I def. think all that stuff hinders getting preg, but of course swaying pink is all about that balance, of lowering fertility but not so much you can't get preg...it's so frustrating imo. But yet it makes me pause, because there are sooo many women I know who had boy(s) first and then did nothing different that I could see and ended up with girls next. So, did they accdientally sway, not knowing? Did just random luck happen? Or then the other thought I've been having: are certain babies just "meant" to belong to certain parents? Of course the last is "fate" laden, and obviously cannot be proven, but I've seen enough opposites with some amazing sways that I've questioned all of it...maybe those babies are just meant, and no amount of swaying can change what is destined?

I have a few more examples of events happening to people and then it changing their lives in another course than they were orginally steering themselves into. What do you guys think? Such a thing as fate? Or things that are just meant to be? Or is this all hogwash? I'm not exactly sure how much I do believe in fate, or destiny, but i do believe some things just seem destined to happen, and it's a mystery of why.

Couldn't have said this better myself...at the end of the day we can try to do everything we can to control the outcomes in life but the truth is....you just can't ....why? I don't know...is it destiny? is it fate? or is it just plain old..this is the way it goes...

This is what has brought me peace that most likely I will still end up with a boy. That I had to go through all this to get this special individual that will come into my life. Maybe it's not about getting a girl but going to these extremes for this person. Selfishly I want the girl but it's not their sex that is important but who they are! I hope this helps me at the time!!

My emotions are getting the best of me today....

If I am blessed with one more child even if it's another handsome son, I promise to savor each little moment, and be in the floor more, and get messy more, and just spend all the time I can with him, cause Lord know's it has taken so long to make him, that when he gets here I just know I cannot live without him. I just want baby smells and little things all over the place. My sons are growing way too fast and I just can't catch my breath sometimes at how grown up they all are, and I so want one last time to hold sweetness in my arms again. I don't think I really took it all in the last four times. I know that may sound crazy but I just did not. I pray the Lord blesses all our wombs with little girls, but if it's meant to be with little boys as well.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. I imagine that I will be told to do the injection on Thursday cd 14. Will see soon.

Lassie- my plan if I do injection cd 14 is to start dtd 2x's a day Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. No jellies. Maybe a touch of sylk. I took clomid too and have no cm, major weight loss, follow diet to the letter of the law, getting comments I look like a teenager or 15 years younger bc of weight loss. Spring is here (today btw) I am sooo relaxed! What else could I do? I think it's pretty hard core oh and dh has released every day sometimes twice if we did stuff together iykwim!

PFP- I think you have a great chance at a bfp this month. You were light with the jellies for that reason. Did FF give u a due date if you get a bfp? I always look at that

Auoara & kraisy- I think your outlook is great about baby being meant to b regardless. I can't even go there yet!

From my FF chart it looks like 0.41 of a degree. 98.29 yesterday morning and 97.88 this am. Bummer is all I can say.

Back from doctor. I have 3 follicles. Last month I had 4 arrggh. Anyway, they said they all looked good and were all a good size. PLEASE PLEASE tell me there is nothing to this left side=girls, and right=boys because they are all on the right side! It makes sense to me that the side has nothing to do with gender, but its a teeny tiny bothersome!

Also I will do the trigger tomorrow at noon. My plan was to dtd 2x's a day starting the day before the trigger (today), tomorrow, and the next day. Here's my problem I start work in 15 mins! I work till 9:30pm tonight, I can get one attempt in, then am & Pm tomorrow, and next day. (last night we actually dtd for release purposes and figured whatever do it inside-guess that was good now). So should I stress, and try to get an attempt in on my dinner break? that will be interesting, or just leave it the way I just mentioned. Tonight and then 2x's the next two days???

Great news HDG!! I don't think the side matters cause lots of who only have one tube have both sexs.

I do believe in this - I've always been a big believer in "whats meant to be, will be, and whats not meant to be, wont be" and you know, I have found that pretty true in life, sometimes you push push and push and push some more and what you want just doesnt fruition - and i believe that comes down to fate wholly. In fact i can think of times when i have pushed, fought, tried relentlessly for XYZ, it didnt happen, it upset me, it made me angry, hurt...and then with time i have seen from other events that if it HAD happened for me - then i would be in a far worse position....so thanks my lucky stars that fate intervened. (went for a promotion, fought for it for over a year, put in blood sweat and tears, felt robbed when i didnt get it....8 months later the role was made redundant - and if i had got the promotion that would have been me, and at that time it would have been disastrous for our family financially, as in 'lose our home and everything we have' disastrous) Thats just one of at least 4 instances in my life where fate has steered - and its turned out for the best.

I do believe though that in regards to ttc, that 'swaying' as well can be part of fate's plan, maybe it was fate that i found this sight when we decided to ttc (i had NEVER heard about swaying before) maybe im meant to do this to get my GD.....or maybe i am meant to do it becuase i wont get my GD, and having done the sway i will be ok with that as i will have comfort in the fact that i did all that *i* could do, and then fate did the rest...

I'd say try and get an attempt in on dinner break if you can...but dont STRESS if you cant! Can you be back a bit late? Or if your work pretty strict about that?? If you can do it easily then go for it, otherwise dont - 3 attempts should do the trick
