Pray~ I think it sounds great. You knew last month too and you were right. Listen, either way if its not a BFP you will be dissappointed, whether your hopes are high or not! So why not be hopeful!

HDG the more you DTD the better your odds, so I say go for it if you DH can keep up! He is a trooper!!

I would dtd in the evenings -- its easier. I don't know how old your dh is, but if he's on the younger side I would say have him release in the am and dtd in the pm. If he's over 40, then dtd only in the pm is fine. During your attempt days, when your rephresh is due, only use 1/2 application in the morning and dtd at night. If you use the whole thing that nights attempt might be mute. And with using rephresh, I might refrain from the sylk too -- if you do use it only use a tiny dot on him. Are you gonna j&d? I would wait 5 minutes or so then get up. I think J&d makes it harder to get pg.

Thanks PFP, we're going to stick to evening DTD's, no releasing prior. DH is 44, and he has noticed that there is very little coming out when he releases (sorry, TMI) so is concerned about how much there actually is for me to get pregnant with.
Thanks for the rephresh advice - i was actually wondering what to do with that as i will be due to use on a DTD day
Will cut out the sylk aswell i think, he is having HOT HOT baths before the DTD as well, so the heat, the liquorice root, the daily release and the rephresh is probably doing more then enough to lower the sperm count significantly enough to sway (here's hoping!)
Im not doing J&D - its a gut feel thing - just doesnt feel right...for no logical reason.
Im actually doing the opposite and making sure i stay lying down with a pillow under my backside. I figure (correct me girls if im wrong!) that the sperm count is reduced enough to be swaying hard, so what *is* there i want to *stay* there...

Lassie~ if Dh is 44 def don't release in the am too. I agree with your plan entirely you are DOING all you can possible be doing! Don't use rephresh on O day, I did last cycle and BFN. PH isn't even proven to sway, and I always say the sperm is gone in 5 min. Rephresh is not working past the cervix anyway!

Well I know from my own experience with my DH he gets so stressed when I put him on a timetable so this cycle I am not going to mention any of my ovulation and just nudge him on. I feel the less I talk about it the more calm and less stressed he will be. I would not stress about missing this am, just focus on tonight and have fun with it. It's been so long since me and my DH have just had fun in the bedroom, I could not tell ya!

I so badly want this weekend to pass and next week to come.. I will be testing at 10 dpo.. I feel like I could burst from anticipation!!

H&D -- I would not be upset about missing your attempt this am -- just dtd tonight. You will be fine.

Lassie -- I think your attempt sounds great. With him being 44 and taking LR do not have him release in the am. Daily release is more than enough. And no sylk -- with the hot bath you have more then enough going on...remember we want to lower fertility not eliminate chances of conceiving entirely. And no jump and dump is great! I didn't do it either. Kept my hips up and legs in the air for 30 minutes after each attempt. We lowered sperm count so much that I wanted to get every little swimmer up there so that I would have a chance. Good luck!
