You can make a pretty fab taco with just a little refried bean, a little salsa, and LOTS of iceberg lettuce! I never eat the meat ones any more.

I'm a big fan of the vanilla meringes from Trader Joe's. I don't have a package right in front of me, but if memory serves, a serving size is 4 meringues, which totals to 110 calories, no fat, 20mg sodium, 1g protein. Love them!!
They also have unsalted tortilla chips. There is some pretty decent fat content to them, so you can't go crazy, but it's nice to have something that doesn't introduct extra sodium.
Trader Joe's is such a haven for a pink swayer!!2005

MyfitnessPal is AWESOME! I am just starting my diet plan and swaying plan and this app is by far the best thing I have found to track what I am eating. I never wanted to track b/c I felt it was too overwhelming, but this thing is awesome.
I knew it was a keeper when it found my Starbucks grande skinny vanilla latte nutritional info!

Sodium is the best cheat there is and I'm not even convinced it sways blue at all. I just keep it in the sway because it's easy-ish to avoid and also good for health.
I was eating TONS of sodium when I conceived DD - more than with any of my boys except DS 3.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Here's a quick overview the Low Everything (LE) diet:
OMG! Thank you soooo much for posting this. I was wondering why I have been getting light-headed - turns out I've been eating less than half of everything including calories. Thank goodness I came across this after only two days. Feel very stupid (and hungry).
