BFN for me still having cramps (although not as bad) and still loosing brown discharge stuff but not as bad. Don't feel pregnant though so just waiting for af really no idea when it will arrive though as this is first proper month on vitex and i o'd a lot earlier than normal.

How do you work out your dpo though? do you count the days after o or do you count o or do you count from your opk+ (or assume o was next day) for me cd22 i opk on cd12, presumably o cd13??? how many dpo am i?

I'm cd22 today o'd on cd 13 accourding to fertility friend (begining to wonder if it is my friend thou ;-) so ff says i'm 9dpo i usually get to 11dpo and then af shows next day.....having some cramps today but maybe over anyalising everything now!

maybe it's implantation bleeding you're having? don't like to get your hopes up cause i do it to myself every month!

i'd say you're 9 days same as me!
