If it really is driving you crazy, you could call and say you had some bleeding and are worrying about the baby.

Sorry then my posts probably don't help!! I do want to say that I had a feeling my whole pregnancy something was wrong, I was really anxious and when I was told it was a girl I didn't even buy a thing , in hindsight I think deep down I knew things weren't right even though all the drs said they were and I was incredibly sick the whole time. I dont know if that helped or made it worse lol sorry. But I think the stress is the worst so try not to worry , I have a feeling everything is fine with you! Just been reading too many stories. I'm the same way, I'm terrified I Have a blighted ovum just based on reading too much

I did that with my son. I had two miscarriages before him so naturally I was finding reasons to check that everything was still okay. Typically your first ultrasound in the UK is at 12 weeks.
My first two lost pregnancies I only got ultrasounds when I started spotting/bleeding so saw the sacs and fetal pole with no heart beat, etcetera each time.
With my son, I didn't know when I got pregnant so they did a scan and found me to be 6 1/2 weeks (which I was pleasantly surprised since that was when my second miscarriage started to happen) and he had a heartbeat. I was thrilled!
Then I started getting paranoid again once I got past 8 weeks, which was my number in my mind to get past. I made up an excuse that I was worried... I just told them I had some "pains" and was paranoid about another miscarriage. They checked him out close to 9 weeks and everything was still good. It was officially the furthest I got!
So, er, make something up if you need reassurance!2010 - 1 DS

If I'm not feeling crappy tomorrow I will make something up. It's my dd's 3rd birthday today and we're having a party for her tonight. I feel terrible that I'm worrying about this when my little girl only turns 3 once!!! Thanks for all of your responses. You guys REALLY are the best!!! Wouldn't want to be due date buddies with anyone else.
