Yes it does but without it I have trouble getting to 1200! I have been having a glass of red wine here and there for the same reason! I looooooooove dark chocolate with hazelnuts, but that's super high in fat so have been just having a square or two of dark choc. I've been making very low fat muffins with carrot and apple in them and popping a couple of them as my "third" meal of the day if I need the calories. Yum but not as nice as Lindt choc!

Well I had a +opk yesterday and another this morning. By this afternoon they were negative so I know I am definitely o-ing tomorrow.
I know I am not taking in the 1200 calories -- deliberately b/c I have not been strict on the diet for months.
Since af I have been eating 1000 calories max (minus 4 of the days when I took in a little more). But yesterday, today and tomorrow I am only eating 1x at 2pm and only about 500-600 calories of white rice and parm chz. for the day. Drinking tons of CL. It has been sucky but I feel that by dtd everyday thru o I gotta let my body know for sure the glucose, nutrients and calories are low right now.
I have lost about 6-7 lbs. since af two weeks ago.
I am not using zyrtec or rephresh either. I feel that rephresh was killing all the swimmers and my ph is already in the 4/5's. And this month, I have no ewcm -- next to no cm at all. Its watery, but I am dry. So certainly no zyrtec for me cause there is nothing to dry up. Maybe the low calories is causing me to have such little cm.\
Anyhow -- I pray that dtd daily will get me pg this month because I really really really miss my meat.

Watch the chocolate. It contains antioxidants, so you really shouldn't be going crazy with it. I only eat a little every once in awhile as a cheat treat.

ETA: I would be especially careful with dark chocolate. It's even healthier than milk chocolate.

You're right. Red wine is arguably healthy too!

I was taking high levels of vits and minerals including many antioxidants so hopefully the change will have been severe even with a bit of choc. I always thought dark was better for you than milk but didn't realise how much saturated fat it contained!

Vague line on the OPK so we're getting close!

Is anyone else getting headaches on this diet? I'm assuming it's the aspartame as I NEVER normally have any artificial sweeteners. Can't think what else it can be as I am a good water drinker.

Hi everyone - I will be doubly trying this month as I have attempts on 1st and 29th! I think the attempt on the 1st was a bit of a (un)dress rehearsal as was O+ 20 hrs due to DHs work.

What I am doing sounds similar to the rest of you (which is comforting) Strict LE diet, no breakfast or snacks, peppermint tea, diet coke, antihistamines, rephresh, vitex, FR, hot bath, one attempt per cycle, DH eating less meat more soya and joining in the Le diet a bit as it is easier for dinners. I have to work on my diet a bit more as am coming in at about 1000 calories and stupidly under fat, potassium, sodium etc. Have lost 11 lbs in 5 weeks and don't have that much more to lose but am worried that if I eat too much more my body will think that the good times are back so will step it up by about 100 cals a week.

Are you ladies stopping antihistamines and aspartane during 2ww?

Good luck to all of us!

So sorry to hear that Mum23boys. I can't imagine how you must feel. I realise that people saying that you are now automatically set for pink won't help how you feel but it is true. Big hugs from spain x.

Sounds good! I'm definitely stopping antihistamines and aspartame during the 2ww. I can't wait in fact! Going to stick to everything else in the diet though until the BFP (she says positively!)
