    Uk ladies - low sodium bread

    Hi, do any uk girls know where, if anywhere, you can buy low sodium bread. Thanks!

    Hi,
    Im from the uk and the best i could find is weight watchers -bread bagels wraps etc. Also M and S soft farmhouse i think it is called. It all is quite high so in the end I made my own in my bread maker.

    Its not bread but when i was on the diet i lived off crackerbread which is made by ryvita and is an alternative to bread ;
    each slice contains
    19 calories (1% rda)
    0.05g salt (1% rda)
    and there is less than 1% sugars and fat in it!
    I couldnt find any bread that even came close to matching these quantities and you can put stuff on it like bread
    hope this helps and good luck

    Its actually really tasty and because of the low calories you can add a bit of cottage cheese with unsalted butter and cucmber lol. Its in a yellow carboard box with red writting next to the ryvitas!!

    Thank you! I will try to make my own bread but in reality I don't know if I'll find time! I'll definitely try the ryvitas and m and s bread in an emergency! Wishing, where did you get your supplements from? Thanks

    I got my cranberry tablets from a site called healthspan.com as they were really strong and good value for money!
    The calcium citrate tablets i cant remember where they were from but if you type in vega calcium citrate it should come up, couldnt find them in any health shop or pharmacy they were all calcium carbonate! The magnesium was just from asda i think as was the folic acid.
    The other things i used with my sway were rephresh which i got from boots and sylk as a lube which boots had to order in for me
    hope this helps
