Lace- absolutely right, b6 is a boy friendly supp, as any nutrient enhancers are.
Yep, I am off to the doc when af arrives, by then I'll have 4 months of charts to prove my case for clomid! I have never tracked before and our doc is very critical so I wanted to be sure I had enough evidence of my problem before wasting an appointment only to hear 'keep trying' or 'it's normal to take up to a year to conceive'.
Especially since just waiting wont fix anything and I keep feeling sorry for the egg's being washed out after implantation due to my short LP! Lol how ridiculous to feel sorry for an egg, but still, I keep thinking if I'd known earlier I could be pregnant by now! Especially as I had a chemical last month.

Well, never say never! It certainly is difficult to get pregnant with a short LP but not impossible. Didn't you say yours was 10 days? That's on the very low end of normal but not impossibly short. Mine was only 10-12 days when TTC last time.
There's a new theory out there that questions whether LPD really exists or whether short LP's are just a symptom of a poor egg/fertilization. Certainly progesterone deficiencies exist and can cause m/c, but for people who have short LP's and ok progesterone it's possible that it just wasn't a good egg. Something to think about. I've also read on other baby sites of people successfully conceiving with extremely deficient LP's - even as short as 5 days! - so don't count yourself out yet.Me (38) and DH (38)

Thank you, I was getting a bit down so needed to hear that. I do have a 10 day LP. However I conceived both my ds's very fast, one on the pill and one first month off it, and although I wasn't charting back then I believe it was longer than 10 days. So I think lack of sups, and LE diet has significantly lowered my progesterone. However it also can't help that I stopped drinking soy milk 3 months before TTC, given that raises progesterone and I had been drinking it for 10 years prior!
