I'm gearing up for my attempt today or tomorrow. Cm just turned watery and ff puts me as o'ing tomorrow . I'm a little excited and so is dh. I'd love a boy but now I just want to get pregnant coz I might change my mind.... Maybe! I've done all I can. I've been eating well, put on a few kgs, on all the supps. The only thing is the exercise. I do squats, calf raised, dips and push ups. I do five sets of 20. I do this in the kitchen as I'm struggling to go out to the gym in the garage with the little ones. I then sit on the exercise bike for as long as they let me. I also chase them in the yard. I hope its enough. I've been on the robitussin for a few days and its doing the trick. Loads of lemon water, green tea, red grape juice and v8 with gelatin. As soon as I get a positive opk...I'm using smiley face.... We will Dtd that night, the next morning and the following night, although my opks usually are negative the next day in the afternoon.
Does it all sound ok?good luck to everyone else too x
Ps sorry if there's spelling mistakes, I'm on my phone

Aww thanks Afy.
I don't know if what I'm doing is going to work or not but if I can help you in any way I will!
Have you picked a date to start trying? I have read that you should be on diet at least 6 weeks but have also read a few ladies who were on it for a long time and found it hard to sustain for long term.
Also, I have been reading through ALL the sway attempts and form those that talk about diet in detail, it was the healthiest ones that seem to have the best results. Not the ones eating lots of hot dogs and processed meats but the high, good quality meat and nutrition diet. Is pretty expensive but I figure even if I get an opposite, it will be super healthy!!
