I could very well be totally wrong about any and all sway info that I suggest. All I can say about the soy iso is that looking at biology and the way the soy iso are supposed to work, they look to me like they should sway pink when used as a PART of an overall sway. I don't advise them as a standard supp because I do not feel like we have enough results with them yet. Since IG was so convinced they sway blue, no pink swayers were taking them and I always prefer that IG swayers take the risks of supps while we bide our time and see the results they get. But that was not possible with soy iso since only the blue swayers took them and they were doing so much to sway blue.
The problem that I think may be happening is that people are using them as kind of a last ditch method, they've given up everything else and are in a big hurry to get pg. I would like to see what happened in a set of people who did a good diet, abstain/FR + 1 attempt, and antihistamine and what the results would be then.

No, not at all. I hope everyone always remembers that I can be wrong at any point (and probably am wrong on several points!)
The reason I think soy sways pink is because soy lowers testosterone (there is conflicting info on this as well BTW). IG thinks soy sways blue because it has these things called "phytoestrogens" in it which are similar chemically to our body's estrogen (and IG says estrogen sways blue, which may or may not be true.) But, the issue with phytoestrogen is that it is NOT the same as actual estrogen, one study showed that phytoestrogens are only 1/10,000 as effective as real estrogen, and it can actually interfere with your body's production and use of real estrogen by competing with real estrogen for estrogen receptors and also "tricking" your body into relaxing production of estrogen because it thinks it has enough. So it may be that soy can both lower testoterone and effectively lower estrogen, which would then free up more raw materials to make progesterone (which may sway pink or be totally neutral).
The interplay of testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone is SO unbelievably complicated that not even the smartest researcher on the planet has much of a clue about how it all works. So when I say I believe soy iso sway pink, this is just my best guess based on the best info that I can get my mitts on.
If you do take soy iso, I would take an antihistamine just in case it makes more CM for you.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Of course you can, BUT generally speaking though, I certainly take your word as being the soundest of sound advice as I know that you don't give an opinions lightly and that when you do it's becauseitnis founded with hours of research.
I can't remember how or why exactly I came to the assumption that soy sways blue, it may have been the IG threads that led me to think that, I think primarily it was the fact that I saw soy as a fertility booster, and anything that's a booster is generally blue swaying.
I know there have been soy girls, wish I had been one of them LOL! Not sure if I will take them next time, but by then we may have even more info available.......or atomic might have created that magic pillMummy to DS10 who is the light of our world

That's admirable! I think personally since I am swaying I have too much invested in the idea of a girl, I need to find out the gender at a scan so that any disappointment I may feel, has time to settle and I can get positive and bond with my boy prior to a hormonal and tiring birth! Plus with names I'd have time to think. Also if it is a girl, I would have 20 weeks to shop!!!!! (Dangerous!!)

Thank you as always you set my mind at ease (and many others). I do agree with the soy iso being a last ditch method for many, and also that many blue IG swayers used them, that's likely screwing any stats I find. There is a word doc on these forums with 100% girl success rate for soy but there are only two soy swayers on it so not enough to judge!!

Yes, I've seen that happen a couple times too where someone was doing Vitex, either 2 w on 2w off OR nonstop for several weeks prior to swaying, then STOP the V and then start the soy the following month.
You shouldn't take V, SP, and soy together in the same month, but you can do V/SP for a few months and then stop them and start the soy.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
