What supplements do we have to quit taking in the 2WW? I am currently taking:
Womans 1 A Day Multi Vit, Vit E, Vit D, Fish Oil, Folic Acid, Wheatgrass, Grape Seed Extract, Royal Jelly/Bee Pollen, and Brewers Yeast. I planned on stopping most of these at BFP but am unsure what is safe during the 2WW and if it will mess up my next attempt if I dont catch the egg this month![]()

copied from livestong - Royal jelly appears to affect some hormonal change in women, explaining its traditional or proposed uses in treating infertility and menopause. But how this estrogenic shift impacts pregnancies remains undetermined. The American Pregnancy Association doesn't include royal jelly in its list of natural supplements known to endanger pregnancies. Yet, it also fails to include it as a proven safe natural medicine for pregnant women to take. Medical web sites such as Drugs.com and Columbia University's "Go Ask Alice" online health column advise that pregnant women shouldn't take royal jelly because not enough research exists to prove it safe.

Cinss, she did say she didn't see anything in the tubes. She thinks she saw corpus luteum on the right ovary, but couldn't tell for sure. We redo bloodwork tomorrow and scan again next Wednesday.
I'm now overanalyzing every twinge and feel like a crazy person. I've never had low hcg or progesterone before, so I'm panicked. They should be so much higher by now if I can go by my obsessive dr googling.Samantha, wife of a funny redhead, mom to a tiny diva and 4 rescue dogs!

It must be very hard not to worry but please try to relax, your doctor will be able to tell more after the next hcg test. If you havent blead it is unlikely you miscarried, its still really really early, it is possible that your pregnancy will continue fine. Was it an internal scan?

Hi Pom.
Don't make yourself crazy, It's early days and everyone's bodies do different things even in subsequent pregnancies.
Stress is not great for you and there is no reason to panic yet as it is still super early.
I have heard of plenty of people who don't see anything on their scans before 6 or 7 weeks.

Hang in there, it is early.
The quality of the u/s machine has something to do with it too. When they did an u/s on the crappy dr office one the first OB couldn't find anything. It took an old pro to find the sac. A few days later I had a scheduled u/s with a good machine, different story. We could see much better and both u/s were internal.
I'll keep hoping that is the case for you.
Keep us posted, I'll be thinking good things for you.
