I just weighed myself this morning and I'm 5'6 and 98lbs. I have lost 8lbs now on the 6 weeks i've been on this diet. I've upped my calories already to closer to 1500 as well as more fat than I was doing before. I really can't stay on the diet much longer so I'm really feeling like this month needs to be our shot. I'm trying to decide whether or not to do frequent release as DH swears he'll be fine doing it for 7 days. If this is lowering sperm numbers then it also lowers are chances of conceiving as well, right? We'd definitely have a few attempts as we only did one last time and regretted it... what to do, what to do! I worry about dropping the frequency as we'd be doing exactly what we did with my other two - however, I was a very boy diet with my first, second I was losing weight but working out 5 days a week for 30mins but I'd say diet was girl-ish. Maybe she just squeezed by![]()

Your BMI is too low too. I am 5'5 and 100 lbs and my dr told me it would be really really hard to conceive with such a low bmi, and so far she has been right. I also worried about fr as we were DTD 16 times before O. This last time I dropped most of the diet (still kept low sodium as I normally love it) and didn't eat read meat (I don't eat red meat anyway) and I still skipped breakfast, but everything else went out the window. We only DTD 5 to days prior O this time and now I am 4 DPO so we will see. However, my dr believes my low BMI would be the cause of me not getting pg because I have always gotten pg with ease and on 1st attempt. Anyhow, you might want to scale back on the strict diet, make sure not to lose anymore weight, and I think it is a good idea to BD somewhere in between what you were doing when you got your DS and a super FR. If that makes sense.....GL

Mmmmmm, interesting for sure! I definitely got freaked when I saw the scale as my BMI is now in the 15's so it comes to a point where you need to be healthy rather than girl obsessed! I also was wondering if this low sways boy because dont eating disorders sway blue? And at this point my BMI is basically considered anorexic. I'm definitely upping what I'm eating and were going to go in between abstain and FR just like you mentioned. I hope this was your month - can't wait to hear!

Oh, okay... I was clearly mistaken. I wasn't sure how that worked if losing weight and health decline sways pink - wasn't adding up in my head
We are really wanting to be pregnant by March so I won't be fully stopping.. just going easier on the sway. I'm adding more cals (was at 1100 for the past 6 weeks) and aiming for 1400-1500 hoping to keep steady at this weight and not really gain (unless I'm not ovulating and it's a must!)

???? No, eating disorders don't sway blue, it may be that some people who are predisposed to having eating disorders may also be somewhat more likely to have boys becasue they tend to be people who like to be in control of their universe. The study I have shows people who have active eating disorders where ovulation is affected and BMI is below normal, have more girls. Also, when people have recovered from an eating disorder, it can sometimes inadvertently sway blue because their body may interpret that as an improvement in condition.
NO ONE TRY TO GET AN EATING DISORDER OR MAINTAIN ONE, FOR SWAYING. Healthy body = healthy baby.
Personally, I would not advise weight loss EVER with that low a BMI. If I had known your BMI was that low I would never have wanted you to lose even an ounce. It's fine to do LE Diet without losing any weight at all. The only people who should lose weight are those who have some weight to lose.!!!
