I started out the diet at 1100-1200 cals as I only had 3 weeks until our first attempt. Since that attempt came and went I've definitely upped the cals a lots! (1500 for sure) I'm just eating more breaded stuff and candy while keep my protein, sodium etc. in check. With this I am still losing weight - very gradually. I think it's because I literally used to eat 2000+ cals a day easily as I'd snack all the time and we'd eat out a decent amount. Before starting swaying I was a 16.5 bmi so I think my 2000+ cal diet was maintaining that weight and even if I started eating healthier or slightly less (I seriously ate seconds and thirds at every meal) before the LE I would have lost weight. I just naturally don't gain weight easily at all. Don't want anyone thinking I'm trying to purposely lose more weight or that I have an eating disorder because that's totally not the case!! I'm actually upset when I see the scale drop another pound and have actively been trying to stabilize!
And like you mentioned, it must have been RECOVERING eating disordered that I read might sway blue.

I'm confused about why you started out so low... But regardless of that, if you are still losing weight, up your cals again.
A friend of mine is eating 2250 a day eating in an LE pattern and the best LE foods and is only just stabilising at that. I would suggest that if you were eating the way you say you were, a general change in WHAT you eat and WHEN/HOW you eat it, rather than the caloric intake would actually sway quite well enough without losing any more weight.
IMO stressing that much over losing weight when you're already so petite is probably going to undo any good you may have done by losing weight anyway.

I started out that low because I've never dieted before and wasn't sure how easily I'd lose weight. I know I don't gain super easily, but losing was an unknown. I figured since my attempt was only 3 weeks away the first cycle and everyone was giving me the impression my sway wouldn't do anything after only 3 weeks that hopefully by only having 1100 cals I'd drop a couple lbs to help my body think "times were tough". After that attempt I've gone up in cals a lot. I don't stress about the weight at all, I just worry a little when I see I've lost another lbs because I don't want to stop O'ing.
I'm no nutritionist, so if I were to go back I may have started it off a little differently if I knew I was going to still be around for a 2nd cycle

I completely understand!! I'm happy you make those comments because I wouldn't want anyone copying my "sway diet". I've always had a BMI in the 16's while eating truck loads.. so a BMI of that for my body is obviously not the same for someone else's body. I'm currently trying to reverse my low cals as I think I may have lost O this month (just for anyone reading!!)
