Wow congratulations! So is timing really irrelevant then? With the diet what sort of thing were you eating and how much?

I would drink a cup of black coffee each morning(8am). At 11:30am I'd have a rice cake with hummus(small snack to hold me over). 2:30pm Lunch was salad with iceberg lettuce(low in nutrients) and lots of celery, radishes, cheese and anything else I could find that would fill me up but not be too nutrient with balsamic dressing. I did eat chocolate daily b/c Im a chocoholic(mostly dark chocolate). For dinner rice cake(or 2) with pasta sauce and swiss cheese followed by a little chocolate again and a glass of wine(or 2)!! Not very exciting but it seemed to keep my full enough. And timing definitely did not apply to me because both of my boys were conceived on or 1 day before ovulation. Once I read about the diet it resonated with me so I stuck to it as strictly as I could. Good luck!
