I honestly don't know how much.

I have people use a dime or quarter size an hour or two before attempt.

Great, so If I am using rephresh every three days until the day before attempt and then use dime size in the hours before, I would be good to go? Is it okay to use these both with one attempt? Or if I were going to be using both, is it best to do abstain then one attempt, then fr and try again?

how many attempts to do and frequency, you need to read the essays because the explanation is very involved.

I'm in Australia so I have the luxury of being able to buy acijel and I'd recommend the following pharmacies in Australia:
Chemist warehouse (discount chemist - usually the lowest prices)
Oze Pharmacy (another discount chemist)
Pharmacy Direct
Terry White Chemists

Just do a Google search on the chemist names to find them and remember that Australian websites end in .com.au

I have run out of sylk and rephresh hasn't lowered my ph, its a 6-7, will durex play be any good for a sway with rephresh? it contains dimethicone, triacetin, aroma, saccharin it also contains menthol 2.6mg/ml

How soon after using the gels do you check ph to see if its working? I think its been said acijel can raise ph. It's just if you checked straight away it wouldn't be an accurate reading would it?
