Questions regarding personalised swaying plans

Hello

Can you help?? I'm thinking of buying the personalised swaying plan. I have read tons of posts and my head hurts there's so much to take in. Does it advise what I should do / what DH should do / what to eat (recipes) etc?

I'm looking at the LE diet. I am very slim already but would have no problem sticking to a strict routine. Just don't know where to start. Do I need to be on this for 3 months before TTC as I'd need to start now.

I'm confused to what lime D is and what supplements to take / avoid. Same for DH or even if he needs to do this too. Do I need a PH tester / OV kit / gels.

I'm trying really hard to get my head around this and feeling desperate to get my girl.

It's not a diet plan but comes with a 5 day sample diet and a diet book, and then I coach you for the next 6 months to help you figure out what will work best for you in terms of meals. Everything else is covered in the plan.

You don't need anything other than yourself and DH LOL! OPK are handy but I do not advise buying pH testers. Jellies are totally up to you, if you don't want to use them just let me know and I'll leave them out. I never use lime douche unless someone asks for it specifically.
