    Question re personalised plans

    This is probably a stupid question but I signed up for the personalised plan and was wondering how I receive my personalised plan..is it posted on here or emailed to me? I just filled out 2 questionnaires on here. Is that all I need to do? Thanks

    Hi Elle! You'll get your own private forum where you and I can chitchat about whatever topic you want (only you and I can see it), and your plan will be posted there as soon as it's done.
