    I never tell anyone to do anything that I don't believe to be 100% safe, at least without informing them of the risks.

    The LE Diet is a bit lower in some nutrients that may aid in folic acid absorption and so we need more than the standard dose.

    Thanks Atomic. I feel better now and will continue to take 1600mcg. Can I take it all at once or spread the tablets through the day?
