I've been doing the same really! Started vitex last month and just started back after a two week break so hoping AF returns this cycle as I've never tracked my ovulation before so want at least some time to figure out what is what before ttc. Been on diet since 3rd Jan and lost about 8kgs so far but weight just drops off me when I reduce my food intake so I'm more concerned about losing muscle more than anything. Have had quite a few cheats with meat and had red meat about four times but other than that I've changed the way I eat drastically compared to when I conceived my boys so I'm hoping that counts for something at least!

Did your AF usually takes ages to return after having your boys?

I am vegetarian so no temptations to eat meat! But was with all 3 boys so that alone didnt sway pink for me. My AF came back 7/8 months after having them, once they started eating more solids, so hoping vitex hurries it along a little.

So lucky! After DS1 it took 14 months to come back and the I got pregnant with DS2 straight away so I don't even know what it's like to have a period for almost three years!

Snowing at ours but it isn't settling thankfully! Hope you and your boys have a lovely weekend!

I've only got two and their stuff is in EVERY room of the flat (apartment)!! Hand me downs are vacuum-packed and under any piece of furniture that has space and the toys...they're everywhere!! I'm thinking a trip to Ikea is in the cards this weekend!!

    How you doing Bunneyfluff?

Sorry been offline a while, I missed the net!
AS, I don't feel so worried about the space issue now, having another baby won't change our plans much so it will all work out.
Sweet mummy, on the LE diet fully now, the vitex worked and AF arrived! I was shocked how fast it worked, and I think DS3 starting solids helped as he was bf less. I love it when they start solids, it's so much fun! Finding the LE diet ok but am missing salt. Don't mind the weight loss though
I am going to TTC this cycle, so wish me luck! How are you getting on?

Hi Bunneyfluff! Hope you had a lovely Mother's Day!! Haven't gotten AF or +OPK as yet since stopping minipill on 1st March but not stressing as still doing pretty good on diet! Will give my body sometime to adjust to no contraception and hopefully something will start happening soon! If not may try the vitex if AS recommends it.

DS2 has been so poorly recently - was in urgent care yesterday morning as he couldn't breathe in the night and they finally gave me some antibiotics so hopefully he'll become interested in food again!

Good luck with your attempt this month!! Keep me posted!!
