Are your older 2 good friends? My older 2 were 3.5 and 2 when my last set of twins arrived. My husband had 7 weeks off works which was a godsend, I focused on the babies and he sorted out the big 2. By the time he went to work I'd recovered a bit from pregnancy and birth, and breastfeeding was well established. The house looked like a mess though (isn't much better now  ) but everyone was happy and fed. My older 2 are best friends (benefit of being so close in age!) and they were happy to play together, keep each other occupied most of the time.

Slings and baby carriers are soooooooooo helpful and I don't thing I would've survived without our baby swing and vibrating bouncers. Ask family and friends to bring meals instead of baby gifts and don't be shy about asking for help!!

This time round I'll have a 6yo, 4yo and 2yo twins when the newbies are born. It's the logistics of getting the older 2 to school.pre-school with the small 4 that I'm worrying about. The stuff at home just falls into place
