So was today an elective scan? Why won't they do another one to confirm gender?

Yeah, it was in a private non diagnostic centre. They won't redo the scan because they don't actually recommend gender scanning prior to 18 weeks. If it had been the same situation but I was 18 weeks, they would have let me come back free of charge. Just one of those risks I took...

Those jerks. Mine was private too and they did a rescan.

Go to an other clinic! Really I mean this! Here in Holland they can confirm gender at 14 weeks. So im pretty sure in an other clinic they can tell you and confirm gender at this stage if the baby want to hahahahaha .

I'm not sure you drew your line in the right place. I've never seen a line drawn in the middle of the body- it's always on the bottom. I drew the line in green:

AHH! I rushed home from work and logged on to see what you found out!!

I had an uncooperative baby at 18 weeks and it turned out to be DD2...

Since it takes more effort to really confirm girl, have to be sure their is no winky, I think you have a good chance of a girl!!

I don't think the spine is where you drew the red line. I could be wrong but I think the green line more accurately shows where the spine is.......at least that's where I always assumed it was.
