 Hi,

Thank you to Atomic and nuthinbutpink for the link.

Have tried 3 rounds but BFN. Both DH & I are old above 40yrs old. And we are stress and usually don't have enough sleep. Want to take some supplements to improve his sperm quality and my egg quality but worry these will sway blue. Is drinking peppermint tea better than green tea? And Vitamin C ok for both of us? Does my DH needs to follow the diet? Read drinking cranberry juice helps? Is it true?

Is it advisable to use these? (Aci-Jel/Sylk/Replens/RepHresh). I am concern due to our old age will it affect sperm counts and quality to cause birth defects? If it is safe to use which is more recommended to sway girl? Anyone here can help? Thanks
