That may be my problem I use Himalayan or Celtic sea salt. Couldn't imagine using table salt. Hmmmm.... Maybe best to just try to not use it.

How about low sodium salt? Salt is actually quite bloating and can add weight on if you have too much. So basically that seconds Atomic's last post. For sure hardcore dieters wont have it in excess

I limited what I ate while swaying pink, but not specifically salt. Other than quantities of food overall, I would say my salt intake was the same over all three of my conceptions. We have two boys and are expecting a girl.
