Lamb once a week... you are so lucky I only get it 3-4x's a year.

I have to have meat everynight too. The grill does wonders to meat, veggies, some fruits, and bread... haven't been able to grill yet... it snowed yesterday, yes you read right when it should be summer here. It is rain today. Maybe tomorrow it will be above 50 degrees.

We always get a 4-5lbs roast. I love it with garlic, rosemary, tyme, onion powder, and black pepper... the only meat I hate to salt!!! My hubby and boys don't care about the herbs just the mint jelly. I am going to try fresh mint next time and cook the roast on the grill.

I think tofu in moderation is fine for pink. It isn't all weirdly manipulated and processed like some of the other soy foods are and by itself, without seasoning, it is low in sodium. I personally like the taste of it but without soy sauce I can't even speculate LOL! I think it's verboten on IG because it's alkalinizing. The FGD people probably didn't consider tofu because they made their diet before it was eaten as much.

Just be sure you eat a reasonable serving because it does have protein and fat in it.

Just so you guys know because this is not super clear in the FAQ, unless it's been edited since I last read it, on the IG tiers you can only have milk up to the point that you are not exceeding the mineral levels. 1200-1800 mg calcium, 200-300 mg Mag, 2500-3500 potassium, and 700-1000 mg sodium. You can exceed the sodium pretty quick just with milk alone (130 mg sodium in 1 cup of milk)

I'm sorry that the diet sucks so bad. If I didn't believe in it 100% I wouldn't tell you guys to eat it.
