    Exercise in two week wait?

What should my exercise be like in the two week wait? In preparing, I've been doing somewhat intensive exercise (weight lifting and light cardio one day and walk/jogging the other)that's not meant for pregnant women. I'm not sure what to do since I obviously will never know I'm pregnant in any 2ww. I don't want to slack in those two weeks but don't want to risk harming the pregnancy. I used to run marathons and have been doing my current routine for almost 3 months.

It is safe to continue your exercise in the 2ww, when you get your BFP you may wish to adjust the intensity.

Keep doing exactly what you're doing, exercise is fine and allowed in very early pg anyway.
