    6 week exercise enough?

    Hi,

    My plan is to start TTC from mid April. I've started to lift weights evey other day for half an hour from a week. I hope to do everyday from next week. am wondering if I would have be in a
    Position to achieve the testosterene levels from weights by then?

    Yes, 6 weeks is fabulous but you shouldn't do them more then 4-5 times a week, your muscles need the rest in order to grow.

    One more question!! Are abdominal exercises considered cardio, as I'm including them in my exercise routine whenever I do, do you think its okay or should I stop them?

    no i'd call ab crunches Strength Training not cardio. You can definatly do them now but when you are pregnant you can stop.
