The pre seed when can we star using soon as we have our attempts?

Are any of you ladies going to let DH release in you with no protection in month of your attempts after AF, or will you guys go protected up until your attempts in the fertile windows? I was just curious to know

You can insert the preseed just before your attempts, or like PoP does a few days leading up to O. I did/would not use any protection the month of your attempts.

Atomic told me to pop a small bit of preseed in each day for a week prior to O so that my environment was alkaline. And yes DH releases inside all month when we are trying.

So we could also use the pre seed for every time we DTD in the TTC month basically? And just increase it a little more in the fertile windows?

PoP it must be very frustrating I'm not even TTC yet but get so frustrated with counting and keeping track of each cycle day etc.. Im currently on CD18 and I'm waiting for CD1 I can't believe how fast the time has flown by, I'm quite nervous for the attempt month but at the same time wanna keep my calm and make it as natural as possible and not like I'm doing an experiment lol.

Wow afy next month u start ttc.. Time has flown very quick. Good luck for next month! Hope u get preg before coming to the UK :-)

After almost 6months on the HE diet it's time for show time lol

Huds I really do hope I get preggers before going to UK which is in June! The thought of staying on the supps and anxiously waiting for cd1 will kill me lol

I've had my first month ttc and I'm already sick of waiting. When I don't get pregnant, I assume there's something wrong with me. Someone told me to sit quietly and take deep breaths and think of peace. She said this will help my whole body feel calm even if my head is crazy. I'm hoping that will help. I am really type A about a lot of things and like to control everything so it's hard for me to let go and not be in control.

I can imagine.. I really hope u do come to the UK with some fab news for ur family!!! When it hits cd1 u get nervous and hope it all goes well. Then u hope dh does his part! CrAzY!!!!
