Ladies I have a head cold and so does DD4, do you think it is ok for me to use our steamer with vicks vapo steam: the ingredients are eucalyptus oil bo, peppermint oil, oil of wintergreen & lavender oil? Do these omit the ok ions??

Just URAL AF-O for PH. I used to do the lemon water but got lazy on that. Doing diet pretty good except been terrible w/ my carmel frapps. Other than that not bad. It might raise closer to O, but seems like it should be higher since I s/b getting a LH surge tomorrow (CD15). Surged on CD14 last month and my body is starting to show signs of getting closer. IDK, but I sure hope it gets higher. Need to look at the benefits of doing BSF before O since it doesn't really effect your internal CM. Whatever, I'm doing the EW's either way.

You can try ACV for pH too, but is so nasty.

Hey girls! Looks like we have some new members, welcome! I am on CD 7 and just waiting for O. I am a lot more relaxed this month, DH and I will dtd every other day- and try to get an 0-1 at night. That is our goal.

Hope you get your BFP this month.

Wot cd are you on now, sorry to hear O hasnt come yet! I think it's a great plan to do as you did when you conceived your DS because it obviously worked

Now I'm on CD2 (was CD36) ..AF showed, but I didn't ovulate. So weird. I stopped all the supplements and IF I try again I will just take EXACTLY what I took with my DS I will do everything the same.

Wow you girls are chatty ! Welcome to the newbies!
Has taken me a bit read up so will have to keep it brief tonight I am getting soooo excited reading about those that are trying and those in the 2ww- I keep hoping i will log on and see some good news.

MFC- I really feel for you - hugs! TTC is so hard and when you add in swaying and running a family I am suprised anyone can manage! I hope things pick up and you start feeling a bit better whatever happens.

ILUV- Wow thats tough about your PH!! I can only suggest stopping the frappes because i am sure they have a bit of sugar....and praying it picks up before 'o' - I worry most about my PH and can imagine how bummed you are feeling -good luck let us know what happens with it!

Lola- thanks for the info re what to take in the 2ww.....but just to clarify by prenatals do you mean vite, fish oil, folate is ok and stop zinc and potassium BSD gelatin ??

As for me I have finally seen my ph rise! It is ph6 and i am CD7 - although I am not taking the max ural as this is my trial run for next month- I will def up it for next month though! Not sure if it has to do with upping the fish oil or just the urals kicking in finally but will continue on!
