Hi Hi Hi, Here I am 3 DPO. I was diagnosed over the weekend though with Fifths Disease - YES - that childhood disease and felt AWFUL all weekend. I O'd on Friday at some point but started coming down with the sickies on Friday evening late. Very high fever all weekend - like 103 - so not feeling too optimistic but DH and I were SUPER optimistic before I came down with the sickness. 3 great attemps after positive OPK and just felt like it was our month. I do appear to be healed already - no more fever, chills, or rash, so maybe there is hope since it only stayed a short time. Fingers crossed. Big time. We want this month so bad. Good luck to all!

It's good to hear your back on the mend on the pond! I'm same as you 3dpo lol we didn't manage to have great amount of attempts squeezed in after OPK hubby wasn't well at all! And I didn't have the heart to force him but Ill see how it goes we did DTD every other day after AF up until O+1.. So only time will tell!
Will you be symptom spottin or waiting for AF to arrive or even better not arrive!!

Btw does any body know if DH can release Inside or outside after ovulation??

Hiya afy how many attempts did u get in. We didnt get ti do the morning one. Dh start work at crazy hours. So for us to dtd in the morn just wont happen unless he has a day off lol. Feel crap about this month. My youngest DD hasnt been sleeping well, shes teething!!! I know lack of sleep sways girl :-(

Hi AFY, I am definitely waiting for AF before testing. We were SO confident before I came down with the really high fever...now I am not as confident and sad, would really high fever in me kill any spermies that made it inside around O? Anyone know? IF that wouldn't affect conception at all then I feel like we have a good chance I guess, but just too many unknowns. GL HUDS and AFY and all others waiting for the BFP!!

Keep it inside every time till you get your BFP, unless you dont want to for any reason, its ok if he does it outside, just try to keep him regular.

Cinss - do you know if a high fever around or after O could cause probs with conception or kill the spermies inside of me? I am thinking the fever came after O, but not long after. I feel completely fine today so it was just a 2 day thing...I used tylenol to lower the fever as much as I could. Thanks!

Its hard to say really, i don't think a high temp would affect ovulation at all, naturally our temps go high just after O anyway, but the killing of sperm... i am not sure at what temp exactly they get killed so i cant really answer. If you did get fertilized and then the fever came i think the bean would survive.

Thanks Cinss. I know I did O as normal and expected...so I guess the only real question would be if my fever could have killed the sperm inside of me and it seems like no one knows that. Sigh. They should have been into my tubes by then, so maybe they were more protected in there? Of course this would happen to me. 2013 is a year to forget for us, for sure...Thanks for helping!

I had a pos opk on the 14th. Im still having ov cramps so i tested again today.. And yes still positive. Is that possible to still have a pos opk?
