Hi SV... Wecome i would say that you should start reading up about the HE Diet and boy supplements and also have a read through the boy sways to get an idea of what everyone is doing to try to sway boy.

So far what I am doing is eating a lot more veggies since they contain alkaline and I will start the evening prime rose oil pills and I am also going to try the egg whites every other day and use the pre seed lub but I'm not sure if that's enough oh also I'm taking pre natal vitamins and fish oil! I would just love to conceive a little boy. My heart is empty at the moment since I lost my baby at 21 weeks pregnant on Feb 13.2013

Vegies are great, even better eaten with protein, in fact carbs + protein is best every time you eat. Lifting weights will also help your sway. Dont do egg whites, preseed is much safer. And EPO from AF - O.
