well no news from me so thats good, baby is still a girl (i'm sending it back if they are wrong now LOL) and placenta seems to be in a entirely different place altogether, two techs checked it and its well clear so someone is wrong as she said she had never seen one move so far so quickly trouble is i saw it so clearly on the scan last time in relation to my cervix so no idea who to believe?!? Positive side - i now get a proper water birth, negative side - i now have another 4 weeks to go (i'm always late) and was looking forward to meeting her in 2 weeks time - never mind eh i have waited 9 years i can wait another 4 weeks! And in the meantime it sounds like i will get the excitement of everyone else's little ones arriving!

Our family is now complete - no more babies for us. We didn't get our girl but I wouldn't trade my boys for the world, so in love.

Yes this thread is getting exciting! I can't wait until all the exciting news starts pouring in. I only have 16 days left until my due date...EEEEEEK! Hoping I can relax after this week since my class is over and I won't be taking another until September sometime. Having a touch of apprehension about breastfeeding this go round. I hope I can manage to be successful. I just need a little more support from the LC I think...I didn't get one with my last birth.
In other news...I took my son to the doctor today because he had a slight fever last night and was complaining about his face hurting. Last time it was an ear infection. Well the NP swabbed his little throat so hard he started coughing blood. Talk about freaked out! That was the straw that broke the camels back so I am in the process of switching doctors now. Poor fella

Ack, p4p! Your poor son! That's awful. Any news on what he's got?
Hopefully, it's just a little bug and it will pass soon. I'm super bummed out to be sick yet again during this pregnancy...I'm the last one in the family to finally catch it. My throat is killing me! With my due date only 2 weeks away, I'm nervous about being sick while in labour or with a newborn. Hopefully, it runs its course quickly and moves on. Any advice for how to kick something faster??2008,

Maple that is so exciting. Only 5 more sleeps until you meet your girls.
P4P I hope your little boy recovers soon and that you don't catch it.
Mrs P delighted to hear your girl hasn't grown a willy and that you will be able to have your water birth. I still have doubts as to weather my little man will still be a boy at delivery too. But I think that is only natural when we invested so much time and energy and planning into the gender of our babies before the pregnancy even began that it is hard to believe we get our DG.
I am getting a lot of crampy pains down low in the evenings so I hope my cervix is starting to soften. I started taking the EPO last week to help with that.DDChristmas 2010
