Hi! Barley grass is also fine.
I like the Blackmores because at least one of htem has iodine - I was trying to look up which one without much success so I think it would be easier for you to just look at the bottles yourslef. I would love it if all prenatals worldwide had iodine in them.
Re the cardio - moderate cardio is ok for blue and can help prevent excess weight loss. Max. cardio anyone should do is 45 min a day, 4-5 days a week (and a little less may be better.) in addition to your weight lifting. weight lifting is mandatory, cardio is optional. The type of cardio that builds muscle like climbing steps is great. YOu may want to do soemthing like Taebo which is cardio and musclebuilding together at the same time, just don't go over 40-45 min and don't do it every day - you need time for your body to recover.

I am not a super huge fan of Ural but if you've been having it daily for some time, then you're prob. accustomed to it. i do not believe the water temperature makes any difference to your baby's gender.
I have mixed feelings towards royal jelly - some people have actually died from taking it and you never know if you are one of the people who will have a neg. reaction until you take it. I think you can get everything in royal jelly, in a B complex vitamin (or a prenatal with b vitamins in it.)
Fertile CM has backfired for a lot of people. The L-arginine has a tendency to raise T levels at the expense of E levels and then your CM can actually dry up!! If you're getting a decent amount of CM then I'd just stick with the barleygrass and lemon water (and ural if it's working for you) and save the Fertile CM unless you are not getting anything with the other stuff.!!! Thanks atomic,
you have given me alot to think about, I think I might just stay away from the royal jelly, not sure what to take for CM because I don't have much at all.
Wow..... I don't want to be one of those Ladies that Fertile CM has backfired on don't know what to do there, Seriously thinking to do no cardio, just don't want to take the chance.
Thanks for your feed back

I dont know anything about the pressed myself 5 , sorry
I did use the Royal Jelly though, first time as capsules, 2nd time as a tablet combo with bee pollen and propolis. We have no family history of any bee allergens so I was happy to give them a go, but as AS says you Can develop an allergy to anything as i have found last year with a harsh reaction to kiwis! which I never had before, apparantly aswell I was told that if you have a kiwi alergy you can also be allergic to latex! Luckily I dont have much to do with latex lol. So again its on the personal choice list
