Normally I could sleep for Britain, certainly on the weekends. I usually get up at least once during the night (as most females do!). The last few weeks, however, my sleep has been awful because of the hot weather. Even if I don't find it hot, DH does and spend the nights tossing and turning. Then I hurt my foot and has been keeping me up. Wondering if it was enough to help sway...

My 10 months old DS2 wakes very early in the morning 5/6o clock!! He doesnt wake up at night , i get 6/7 jours of sleep a day. Is that swaying girl too?
