Hello everyone!
I'm getting ready to sway in the next few months and just getting the 'basics' ready! I'm pretty clear on what I'm gonna be doing but hubby's still not on board with baby#2 let alone swaying but it's good to be prepared
Anyway, Hubby is 35, was very competitive and aggressive(has mellowed with age), he has borderline blood pressure (tilts on the higher end when stressed) and an on again off again cholestoerol issue.
Does this mean he has high testosterones?? If so, should I have him him take something like LR? I understand it's not recommanded for men over35 and those with BP issues...so is there any alternative to lowering testosterones?
I would really like to give it my all into this swaying! any help is super appreciated. thanks![]()

If DH has high BP, no LR for him. Truth be told, I'm not so sure I would have had my DH do much of anything for our sway if he had high BP.
Some little things you can do if he's OK with it are have him eat less meat (may be good for his health anyway?) have him switch to tight fitting underpants for a while before your attempt, have him soak his "buddies" in a hot bath just before your attempt. If he's OK to exercise, maybe have him bike a little? Biking seems to help produce girls a little.
The tactics with the most importance like your diet/exercise level only involve you. If DH is completely not on board with doing anything at all, you still have a good shot at a successful sway just with doing LE, and if you add your own exercise that's even better. Good luck!2012 (my sweetest little bug)

This is instead of LR. I personally think LR is more effective than pep tea and also find pep tea can cause wicked heartburn for men especially, plus it's got higher compliance because you can just swallow LR rather than having to mess around making tea 3x a day.
But LR is not right for every guy, any guy with health issues or who is over 40, in some cases over 35, should not take LR and should do pep tea instead.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
