    Wink Supplements for hubby

    Hi there

    Can someone confirm what is should be getting my DH to take, these are my thoughts below

    Magnesium = 300mg
    Calcium? Not sure but maybe 1200 (same as me?)
    Cranberry? Not sure

    Are these correct? Should he be taking anything else to sway a girl? He doesnt drink coffee so that should help but he does love juices and im thinking thats no good because of all the nutrients?

    Personally, I didn't give my husband any of those things, he wouldn't sway.

    Some people have their husbands do licorice root or peppermint tea.

    Some people have their husbands do soymilk or soy protein shakes.

    Some people have their husbands do olive leaf extract in lieu of cran.

    Some people give their hubbies a Sudafed at time of attempt 1-2 hours before.

    Caffeine swaying blue has been totally debunked. Juice is def. something that YOU should avoid, we don't know if he needs to avoid it as well.

    Yes, I think the best way to do it is:

    Cran OR olive leaf

    LR OR pep tea

    AND soy milk/soy foods with either

    Olive leaf is a new one, the ht ladies have been using it and getting good gender splits. The problem is that we have not had any swayers use it yet so it is a gamble, just because something works for ht does not mean it will work for swaying and we really don't even know if it actually works for ht yet, not enough results. So it's a use at your own peril supp, it may be better than cranberry or may be a disaster.
