if you are already taking 8-15 mg zinc and he is taking 25, you are already takign what you need. you don't need more and in fact it can hurt you and hurt your sway.

Honestlym i think five times a weeks doesn't give your muscles the time to rebuilt themselves.
    Or am i wrong?

I also came across something named supercompenstion, which bodybuilders do

Just got home and checked DH has 11 mg in his multi and I have 25 mg in my prenatal. The stuff I added was 50 mg. So I am going to stop right away. Should I keep DH on it? We haven't been taking it for a full 7 day week .. do you think our sway will be ok?

I think you have a good point Bigwish, nobody wants to over do it, just send a message to your body that you are on the increase.

Thank you for the reassurance! And I haven't been over doing the work outs. Just 15 min of high resistance on the elliptical a few times a week. And strength I am trying to do 5x a week. My body hasn't been abnormally sore or anything which is letting me know that the 3 weeks I took off didn't seem to do much harm because it wasn't a strain on me at all to get back into it. And I am making sure I am eating a nice protein filled snack right after my workouts so I don't sway pink in anyway.

as long as you're doing moderate it's ok to only do it for 5 weeks. Personally i saw changes in my muscles within that time period.

It's not ideal but I don't think it will wreck a sway as long as someone is getting a good level of rest and eating right.
