potassium

This website has a list. I would go with white mushrooms for sure, low fat yogurt (watch protein), baked potatoes, zucchini, and occasional dark leafy greens. I find myself putting white mushrooms on everything lately.

I had a baked potato or baked yam almost every day, salsa or marinara sauce pretty much every day, hummus and ref. beans plus dairy, and 4-6 coco waters per week. I am super sensitive to low potassium and took potassium supps a few times a week if my heart was twitching out.

they actually have a fair bit, if you eat a whole cup (I love mushrooms and could do this easily!)
Something cool I just discovered, not sure if it's new or what, but if you go to Google search and type in "mushrooms potassium" or whatever fruit/veg you want to know about, it pops up with a measurement that you can then vary by serving size, you don't even need to go to a website to do it. Timesaver and unlike some of the sites which are not reliable, I trust Google.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
