Im trying to sway pink, and can get in enough calories while staying under protein, and fat. Sodium tends to be borderline 1100-1200, which is a lot less than I was taking in and Im working on ways to get that down.
My biggest issue is potassium. I know bananas and potatoes are full of it, while being lower in other things, but I heard they both can raise testosterone? I use skim dairy and that helps, but it also shoves my protein up. Does anybody have any advice on foods that bump potassium up, with little fat/protein/sodium?

I drink a can of coconut water and eat a Larabar, a banana, a cup of grapes, and a cup of grape tomatoes every day, all for the potassium. I also have either a sweet potato or broccoli/cauliflower for the potassium content. I found I was having to plan my diet around potassium because the last special diet I was on told me to avoid anything that had a significant amount potassium in it.
I don't think it matters if the coconut water is sweetened or not, whatever tastes better to you, I'd imagine.2007

I got coconut water last night and its so good... Im fairly certain I could drink a gallon of that a day hehe. Thanks for the food input! I picked up regular potatoes last night as well. Think I should eat them with the skin? Or is that too nutrient dense?

LOL bananas and potatoes do not raise testosterone any more than any other normal run of the mill food raises it. You can see from this post on IG how hokey and shaky that info is. Wondering about increase of testosterone through potatoes...Tamara? - In-Gender.com
I ate both of them when I got DD because I needed the potassium. I had potatoes 3-5 times a week (either reg. or sweet potatoes)!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I didn't eat the skin much only because I don't really like them. I doubt it matters *the fiber in the skin will help remove some of the fats from the foods you eat.
