I really think you should restart them, it is never a good idea to stop vitamins suddenly and especially not when swaying blue.
CD 23 is really not that late as O goes (I mean, that's hardly out of the norm!!!!) If you are 110% sure you're not pg and just want to get the show on the road, I would call my doctor and see if s/he can give you something to bring on AF and that will act like a reset button and things will start over again.

Atomic thanks for your responses. Just wanted to update...cd24 still no +opk. My cm is becoming more like ewcm and watery at the same time. I don't know if my body is just trying to gear up for ovulation again or it's just playing tricks on me. After I wrote my original post my cm became creamy with a slight wateriness to it. Yesterday my cm started to become ewcm-ish and still watery. I started the bcomplex back up today as I can tell a difference in energy levels escpecially while on a 12 hr work shift. I was actually supposed to have an appt with my dr next week for my annual pap smear but she had to cancel b/c she will be out of town. She has no appts until mid September and she said she wants to see me first before prescribing anything. My temps are still down, but have slight fluctuations to them now than last week. So now I sit and basically wait for ovulation or my period. If my cm had dried up, I would be more relaxed, and know that my cycle was over. I am taking 2-3 opks a day just in case. I probably will stop this weekend either way just so I am not wasting so much money on a possibly lost cycle.
As for the smep, at this time it is not something we can accomplish due to dh's new work schedule. We are doing good to dtd when we can. DH basically leaves the house at 4 am and doesn't come back until 8pm (has a 2 hr drive to and from work) and it is also a strenuous manual labor job so it has been hard to dtd as he is very tired when he gets home.
I have kind of come to terms that the odds are more against me than for me to get pg and/or have a boy. I am doing what I can to sway, but DH cannot really stop at this time what does sway girl(smokeless tobacco and antidepressants). We dtd when possible but his new work hours make it hard to have the energy to do so.
Hopefully something will happen soon in my cycle because I am going crazy..lol.2010

HTH ....Are you taking EPO or fertile CM?[/QUOTE]
I am only taking a prenatal, fish oil, probiotic, vitamin d, b-complex, and folic acid. I have hypothyroidism controlled by medication and my endocrinologist stated to stay away from EPO as it can sometimes interfere with thyroid meds. I have heard good and bad things about fertile CM, and I am just not sure if it would interact with my thyroid meds. I know that what I am already taking does not.2010

For the 3 months I have taken them, month 1 O was 1 day late, month 2 was 2 days late, and month 3 I am going on 5th day with no O. My lp has extended to 13 days though. These past few months have been stressful but not out of the ordinary stressful, so I am thinking the b-complex possibly in combo with stress has been culprit in my case.

The more I look into the symptoms of an anovulatory cycle...the more I believe this is what's going on this month. I know they can happen although I've never had one before. This is driving me crazy.

Personally, I don't think either EPO or Fertile CM are the best idea compared to using individual supplements.
I used both and haven't been able to get pregnant since Fertile CM. I have shingles so I think the L-arginine interacted with it because I felt AWFUL on the Fertile CM. EPO just gave me tons of watery cm.
My fertility doctor actually noted that I have thyroid level too high for good TTC. Not sure if she'll put me on meds or what but better to stick with the basic supplements if you have any issues.
Don't worry, things will work out. I am stressed too. Working in a hospital, going to nursing school, keeping up with DH, 3 kids AND TTC!! I have been TTC since Nov and I'm seeing a fertility doctor now we'll get there sooner or later!!

Wow..it must be crazy at your house...lol. Good luck in nursing school, been there myself (didn't have kids at the time) and I still wonder how I made it through. I have been an rn for 6 yrs and there is never a dull moment in my work day. Hopefully we both will get pg soon because this ttc and swaying stuff is stress full too.

oh they ALWAYS SAY that, don't they??? Can't tell ya a thing till they see you but they're never available for like 6 weeks.
My advice is to forget about everything I said if it's causing you any undue stress whatsoever, to DTD when the possibility presents itself, and do exactly what you're doing using Preseed. Sending you a ton of blue dust!!!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
