IMO the pointy looking thing sticking out on second pic near baby's thighs is a bit nub. Your first pic might have a nub too but I can not be totally sure it's not cord.

I don't think we're seeing a nub in the first pic. The second pic, I think the nub is lying behind the leg. It does look kind of flat to me, but the angle isn't the best and bub's back is curved. So I'm going to say 50/50 for me on this one.

I think that is the nub in the first image but the reason I'm only leaning slightly blue is that baby's back isn't laying flat so it may be making the nub appear a bit more angled than it actually is. I'd go into your scan with an open mind and hopefully you hear blue! Best of luck
