I didn't use opks this month. I wasn't tracking my cycle as close as I should have, with the holidays and everything going on I didn't really pay attention. I guess I will just have to wait it out and see what happens! Sucks that EPO has thrown my cycle off so much that now I'm back to square one at tracking ovulation.

Ok. Should I even take epo if this is how my body reacts to it? I don't know what the point in taking it is if it's messing up my cycles. I also like it though because I think it somewhat calms my adult acne, which has brought back teenage memories ever since being pregnant with my daughter lol. Maybe take it every other day or once a week? I take 1 500mg capsule a day

I only ever want people taking it for the first part of the cycle and dropping it 1-2 days before you expect to ovulate anyway. Don't ever continue it past when you expect to ovulate.

you're really not though, you will very likely be back to normal next month.
