ttc5,have you any idea why im still getting loads of mucus even though i had my positive opk on saturday? i had 2 days of ewcm on fri&sat,then dry for a day then yesterday and today very mucusy(tinged with cream)????????

no,i didnt as my smiley opk was early(unexpected)i just thought that once you o you dry up?

Some dry up quicker than others
Are you taking fish oil?
How many days to you keep testing with an opk for? Maybe you O'd later than you thought and you are one of those who get more than one day of +'s.

oh,great!if i did, it would have been perfect timing as it wasnt good timing on saturday! i got a positive at 3pm saturday,by 7pm it had gone,then just to make sure, i checked the day after and yesterday cos of all the mucus, both negative. no im not on fish oil, i do take 2000mg of epo though. i didnt think we are meant to produce much mucus after o?

HMM so hard to say would be easier if you charted so we could double check... did you test Sat morning or anytime before the surge at 3pm?

i know, sorry. i tested at 4pm friday and no smile so it would have had to have happened between that and saturdays tests! cant beleive how discouraging this process is isnt it.

Hmmm. I noticed the same dots on myself today in the shower. And I'm still nauseous. But only 5 DPO. No cramping. Lots of CM though.

Ams I'm sorry you're out! 4 months isn't a long time TTC for most people, KWIM? I understand you normally get pg sooner but maybe take it as a positive that this is not happening like it did the other times, since those were girls and you're shooting for a boy... I don't think it is that some can't carry boys. Are you only doing 1 attempt on O day? Because that could also explain why it is taking longer. I'm not sure of the stats on how long it takes swayers to conceive; I think the best you could do to figure that out would be to look at the surveys posted on the various sites and see how many months it took the posters to get pg. FX next month is lucky for you!

CONGRATULATION BEGONIA....I just knew it....when you posted about those dots that I had....when is your due date?
