    Rosie, did you buy a plan from atomic? I'm waiting to get mine but maybe I'll start having 3 meals a day starting around 11:30-12?

    You need some more empty cals! I used to eat these fat free devil fudge cookies with cool whip! I would even add in a beer to add in some empty calories!

    Where do you find these cookies?? Yes I need to start drinking hard cidar or something. I don't really want to do too much soda, it makes me sick and its horrible for you.

    DD1 our beautiful rainbow baby joined us october 2015. No sway...just miracles.

    You can have 3 meals a day. skipping breakfast does not mean you cannot eat 3 times a day, is just means that those meals are pushed into a smaller time frame. So you would eat at 11/12, midafternoon, and then dinner (and I found that eating fairly close to bedtime was helpful to me because I couldn't sleep on an empty stomach.) I ALWAYS ate 3 meals a day.
