I have pH-strips (scale 1-14) that I've tested a few times now.
With my CM the colour hardly changes wich would be around 6 if it works.
Urine gives the same, no change in colour, but saliva is an immediate green coulour, 7.
How do I know that the strip works on CM?
I did take a vagitorial thing the other day (pH 3,5) and have been eating cranberries and drinking sprite zero like crazy, but still, how would I know that it is correct?

Maybe try testing things like baking soda water and lemon juice. If it works for those, I don't see why it shouldn't work for CM, but that's just me... GL

IF it works on other stuff, it should work on CM.
I know there is the whole "low ionic strength" thing and I suppose that is a consideration - but if you think the strips aren't working for you, I'd just take steps to lower pH if it is important to you and then drop the pH testing because I don't think it accomplishes anything other than giving you something to stress over.!!! Yep, I'll just do what I can. After coming here reading I have had to re-consider a lot of things I thought were undoubtably girl sways, like pH, calcium and timing.
Feeling more and more unsure the more I read actually.
But having cranberries and the rephresh (but swedish stuff..) wont hurt I guess.
And oh, I bumped my other thread asking about angus castus, maybe you're the one to ask?
Is that ok to start as fast as I get af? Don't know when though since I just found out I have a cyst on the ovary that may delay it all a bit.Gorgeous4
