Hi ladies
Lavienrose glad you got your attempt. Keep opk though incase a random positive comes up. Not unheard of!
Amrethia you have the exercise bug bad! I get like that too but sadly stopped the gym. I type from my exercise bike but don't get sweaty. I am still wary of my back as its twinging as I type...
I am so fed up. Did an opk tonight no reason as im only cd8 so not even a faint. I just feel like i needed something to motivate me. Even thin is waring thin ha excuse the pun!! I just want to start eating normally now.
I have been back to docs today and been referred to gyne. Hopefully they'll get to the bottom of my short lp. Hope i wont need the app though!! X

AF is over so let the BD begin!

I'm walking the fine line trying to add things to increase my odds of getting pg, but not too much to sway blue. Overall I probably just need more SLEEP.me{33}dh{33}

Cd 12 of my OPK testing. I hope I don't have to do too many more days of testing b4 getting a positive bec DH is doing FR solo and he's not a fan of the daily self gratification lol I'm nursing my 14 month old, but have regular periods. No idea when (or if) I ovulate!

LillithWiser, just a thought: have you heard of high intensity interval cardio? Apparently your body gets used to exercise and doesn't respond that much no matter how long you cycle or run etc...but if you 'shock' your body, it will kick off your metabolism into burning more.. The big craze at the moment is called Tabata , a Japanese guy came up with this. Basically you have 4sets of high intensive exercise (like burpees or plank or jumps) of 20 seconds each and you rest 10 seconds in between and then repeat. During those 20 seconds you have to give 200%. The whole training lasts 4 minutes, 20 min with warm up and cool down. Sounds crazy but it is efficient. Apparently, your body is still working out hours after!. Any high intensity training might be worth looking into if you feel you have reached a plateau. Xx

laVie, you must be psychic! I was a HUGE fan of tabata and HIIT, and, in fact, I conceived DS2 doing that and crossfitting. I would do three sets of tabata after a 3 minute jumprope warm-up. After tabata sit-up, push-ups and squats, I'd have worked out everything!
Sooooo... I'm trying to stay away from those. They DO rev up your metabolism, give you energy and give you a whole body, intense workout in 20 minutes or less, but I think that sways boy. I swear, I'd love to be a personal trainer for someone who wanted to sway blue. I could set them up with a completely kick-your-a$$ workout that only took 20 minutes a day, needed to be done 4 times a week, that built muscle, energized them, and made them dig deep to really bring out the "inner warrior" and channel that primal energy!
....aaaannd, that's why I have boys!My Gender Dream came true, my family is complete!

I tried to get a lot more sleep last month as part of my sway even though I'm a night owl and can stay up till sunrise easily! For me, going to bed early keeps me from eating and keeps me off the computer and obsessing over swaying!!!! I have 3 best friends who both have 2 girls each and they all go to bed way earlier than me and never spend hours on the internet researching anything! When I TTC again I think I'm going to stay off these boards till I get to my TWW!
Both my boys were conceived when I was getting very little sleep.Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.
DS1: Aug 2003 (my first home birthed water baby!)
DS2: May 2009 (my second home birthed water baby!)

July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.
