Me, me, me!!! I'm quitting my BCP after the next AF and watching with OPKs for my first attempt. AF is due on the 9th, so I'm hoping for a BFP in early April. I've gotten a BFP at 8 DPO with both boys, but I don't know if this is a "me" phenomenon, or something that just happens when I conceive a boy?

I've been exercising like a madwoman since January 31st and on LE since the last week of December. I'm also doing fiber supps, myoinositol, baby aspirin and cinnamon. Lost over 11 lbs so far!

So glad this thread was started. I'm all excited for our attempt

Hi girls i am going to join even though I said I probably dont want to conceive in March. The plan is just to BD every 4 days if we can and leave it to chance. Still not sure if I have ovulated, dont think I have, well according to the OPKs i have not but I am ditching those now and just leaving to chance. I will still check in here though and will be rooting for your all and hope you get your BFPs.

I've got the hallmark acne, spotting and cramping. I expect AF today or tomorrow, so yep! Trying again in March! I think we may sway a tad harder this month, drop the frequent release but pick exercise and Rephresh back up. I'm okay with a Christmas baby.

Boo! I just wish af would turn up now put me out of my misery! Im not uWed to cycles this long! They're usually 23 days!

I too am going to pick exercise back up. Hoping it doesn't raise t too much as it'll only be for 2 weeks. Dropping rephrseh though as heard atomic say its not worth the stress. Gonna be v strict too on le. I am on holiday now and have been trying soooo hard to stick to limits x

I got my first bfn this morning at about 11dpo, so, like dreamingofwin, I think I’ll probably be moving over to this thread soon, too. Still holding out a small hope for Feb, but honestly it was my first month TTC, so I’m okay with a second shot in March. I think this time I’ll stick with Vitex and antihistamine. (Had a bad Clomid reaction last cycle.) And I do need to pick up the exercise and be more strict on LE, too! After being on vacation, I hurt my knee playing in the yard with the kids, so my run of great exercising has been busted for the past week. Must get back to the gym!

This is what my sway was:
Vegetarian LE. I don't watch levels but I try to push breakfast back as far as possible and eat mostly carbs, low protein and low fat.
Consuming Equal and Crystal light
Folic Acid
Baby Aspirin every four days
Alcohol every night AF-O

Husband
Licorice Root AF-O
FR AF-Pos OPK
Briefs AF-Pos OPK

Are any of you guys switching up your sway? This will be our third month TTC, I'm thinking about adding Vitex as I think early spotting is cutting my LP short. I'm also temping this month to try to pinpoint O. Maybe we'll drop the FR? It definitely seem to lower volume-wise, it may be just too much. My husband jokes that maybe all this is killing off the blue sperm and all he makes is blue sperm. lol
