Personalized Plan & LE Cookbook Question

Hey ladies I plan on TTC sometime after the summer, and with all the information needed I plan on purchasing a Personalized Plan. But I was also intersed in the LE girl cookbook. so my question is since I plan on getting PP should I not get the cookbook? Or would it be beneficial to have both?

It's beneficial to have both. The Personalized plans are pretty much everything BUT diet, while the 21 day diet book is JUST diet. We talked about doing personalized diets but soon realized we would have to charge a fortune and I'd only be able to help a couple people at a time, because diet stuff is just soo involved and varies so much by individual likes and dislikes.

I suggest you get both! I did and I'm so glad I did. The plan takes all the guess work out of what to do when and the diet book gives you great idea and recipes. Highly recommend both! 👍
